We want you to love your results. If you are not satisfied with your WHITEBOND™ purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Contact us at contact@whitebond.store with your order number to start your return. We will provide you with return instructions.

RETURN SHIPPING
The product must be shipped back to us to complete your refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

REFUND PROCESSING
Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe above, please check with your bank or card provider first, as processing times vary. If you still have not received it, contact us at contact@whitebond.store.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@whitebond.store with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
